​​Based in Charlotte with eXp Commercial, Arnaud Gras acts as an Advisor with expertise across multiple asset classes, including retail and industrial spaces. He caters to both buyers and sellers, while also providing retail and industrial leasing services. He also provides occupier services for large-scale corporations. Before joining the eXp Commercial Charlotte team, Arnaud made his mark in the real estate industry through leadership roles at JLL and CBRE. Here, he assisted Fortune 500 clients in enhancing their operational real estate portfolios and in establishing robust corporate real estate structures. Over a successful career spanning more than 15 years, Arnaud has efficiently managed a plethora of large and complex global deals, encompassing sale, purchase, sale and leaseback, and leasing operations across diverse asset classes. Arnaud embarked on his real estate journey at the General Electric Company in London, England. This is also where he acquired a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the City University of London – Bayes Business School. Arnaud relocated to Fort Mill, South Carolina with his family in 2014. The charm and allure of the area captivated them, and they have since made it their cherished home.
